The three main styles of mediation we handle are evaluative, facilitative, and transformative. We always look at some elements at all times. These include interests, legitimacy, relationships, alternatives, options, commitments, and communication.
GMMS offers mediation mostly on non-criminal cases, especially business-to-business issues. Notwithstanding, some non-violent criminal cases, similar to those including verbal badgering, but also those with some financial aspects can be dealt with. These are done with the view that more often they will bring about a fruitful resolution during mediation. Matters that don’t include a lawful or legal issue are also acceptable candidates for mediation.
